YOGA IN NATURE: A Rejuvenation Retreat

Come and join Ron and Marla for a blissful week rejuvenating in the Pura Vida of Costa Rica’s Southern zone! Pavones is a small surf town in a more remote, untouched area of Costa Rica, with the 2nd largest left point break in the world!
Our Yoga Temple is right on the Beach road…so we can enjoy practice in a gorgeous large round temple space….Bio-designed with natural wood, and then jump into the warm ocean water!

We have an amazing week planned for everyone... including:
- 6 Morning practices
- 4 Afternoon practices
- 7 Tropical breakfasts, 7 Delicious lunches, 7 delectable dinners!
- EXTRA ACTIVITIES available are: surfing lessons, nature walks, Boat trips to see the dolphins and snorkel ( a scheduled activity...$100 extra), Shiatsu Massage ($90), Horseback Riding, River Spa afternoon…and more! (Please bring extra USD or change to our local currency of Costa Rican Colones once you arrive)
NOT included is:
- Airfare to San Jose Costa Rica (airport code SJO)
- small “Fly Sansa” Flight to Golfito
- Taxi from Golfito to Pavones (see GETTING HERE section)…

Our days in Paradise (subject to change:)
- 6-6:45am - Fruit / coffee in your villa
- 7:00am - 8:30am Vinyasa Yoga practice
- 9:00am - 10:00am- Swim / Play time
- 10:30am-11:30am - Brunch
- 11:30am-3pm- Free time and /or optional activities with the group
- 3:30-5pm - Restorative / Yoga Nidra / Chanting/ Breath Work; Yoga Pranayama (some afternoons)
- 5:00-6:00pm - Special Sunset Time
- 6:00pm - Dinner
- ***An evening of Ecstatic dance, and/or an evening of Chanting are also included)
Cancellation & Refund Policies (Terms and conditions):
Our cancellation and refund policy is in place to guarantee the fair allocation of slots in the retreat to students who are committed! Your registration payment is NON- REFUNDABLE!
In only these 2 cases can refunds be considered: your spot is transferred to another student that is accepted to the retreat, or there is a medical issue that prevents you from coming which would require a signature from 2 separate doctors.

Payment as well as the ‘Mandatory Waiver Form’ must be completed upon acceptance in the given time period to guarantee your enrollment.
